Flighty alternative
The Flighty alternative for Android and the web
Flighty is one of the best flight trackers on the iPhone — but it only runs on Apple devices. If you have moved to Android, use a Windows PC, or travel with someone who does, routebook keeps your whole flight history in any browser, and brings your Flighty flights with it.
Is Flighty coming to Android?
Not soon. Flighty's own Android page says they “don't have immediate plans for an Android version”, and that their priority is the iOS app. You can join their waitlist, but there is no date.

Move your Flighty history in three steps
- 1
Export from Flighty
On your iPhone, open Flighty's settings and export your flight data as a CSV file. Save it to Files or a cloud drive, or email it to yourself.
- 2
Upload it to routebook
Create a free routebook account on any device, then open Settings → Import Flights and choose the file. routebook recognises the Flighty format by itself.
- 3
Check and import
Every flight is shown before anything is saved. Untick what you don't want, then import — your map, statistics and badges fill in straight away. Importing from Flighty is free on every plan.
What else you get with routebook
- Unlimited flights on the free plan — your whole history, not just this year.
- Statistics, badges and a flight passport for every airline, aircraft type, airport and country you have flown.
- Hotel stays next to your flights if you want them, with nights and chains counted.
- A public profile and share images, so you can send your map to anyone — whatever phone they use.
- Seven languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Hindi.
Where Flighty is better
Flighty is built around the flight you are about to take: its delay predictions, gate-change alerts and lock-screen Live Activities go further than routebook's live status, which is a Pro feature in beta. If you are on an iPhone and mostly care about today's flight, Flighty is excellent. routebook is built for the long view — every flight you have ever taken, on every device.
Common questions
Is there a Flighty app for Android?
No. As of October 2026 Flighty runs only on iPhone and other Apple devices, and the company says it has no immediate plans for an Android version. routebook works on Android in Chrome and can be installed to your home screen like an app.
Can I move my Flighty flights to an Android phone?
Yes. Export your flights from Flighty as a CSV file on your iPhone, then import that file into routebook from your Android phone or a computer. Every flight is shown for review before it is saved, and importing is free.
Is routebook free?
Yes. Logging flights is free forever, with no limit on how many. Pro is optional and adds the automation: unlimited automatic flight lookup, live delay tracking, calendar sync and hotel imports.
Does routebook track flights live like Flighty?
Partly. Pro members get live status and delay tracking for upcoming flights, and actual departure and arrival times are saved after landing. It is in beta and simpler than Flighty's live tracking — routebook's focus is your complete flight history.
Can I use Flighty and routebook together?
Yes. Keep using Flighty on your iPhone and import a fresh export into routebook whenever you like. Flights already in your account are recognised and left unticked, so nothing is added twice.
